She discovered her passion for helping families develop meaningful relationships that improve the mental well-being of young children and adolescents while working with Save the Children and UNICEF, among other humanitarian organizations. She resides in Charlottesville, Virginia, with her husband and daughter.
- Frank DePietro, MD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and also serves as Medical Director for the Child and Adolescent In-Patient Program at UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital. He is a highly respected child psychiatrist and neuroscientist who specializes in treating adolescents and children. He lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his wife and four children.
